We are bursting with pride to announce that Editorial director Emma Grundy Haigh has been shortlisted for Editor of the Year at the 2024 British Book Awards! Many congratulations on this well-deserved recognition for your dedication to shaping incredible stories!
Emma says: “I have to keep pinching myself about it, but honestly I’m just thrilled to be in such good company. Huge congratulations to everyone who’s been shortlisted. And a massive thanks to everyone at Joffe Book and Choc Lit, all my marvellous authors and our wonderful readers: I wouldn't be here without you!”
The Bookseller wrote: “Editorial director Emma Grundy Haigh was at the heart of an exceptional year for Joffe Books. She took on romance imprint Choc Lit after it was acquired in early 2023, reassuring authors, revitalising marketing and multiplying sales. She also found time to edit elsewhere at Joffe and run its Books Prize.”
The winners will be announced at The British Book Awards ceremony at Grosvenor House, London, on 13th May 2024. For more information, visit the website.
